If the product you received is incorrect, damaged in shipping, or defective in another way, you may return it for a 100% refund, including shipping charged at time of purchase, within 30 days of receipt. To submit a Return Request, please complete the information requested here: https://service.williamhenry.com. We will reply via email with instructions on returning your item. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. In cases of wrong item shipped, shipping damage, or defect, please contact us for a return shipping label.

All items returned for Refund must be in mint, unworn/unused condition, and returned with the original William Henry branded packaging and any accessories, certificates, etc. Missing items may incur a nominal replacement fee.
Refunds will be issued within 5 Business Days after we receive the item.
