The 'Sensei' is an exceptional and unique bracelet that features a center bead crafted from hand-forged mokume gane. Translated as ‘wood grain metal’, our mokume is created by forging and twisting 89 layers of brass, copper, and nickel silver into distinct swirling patterns that never repeat. Mokume gane was originally developed by master Samurai sword makers in Japan to use as decorative hilt accents. We proudly offer that tradition in wearable form.
