This writing instrument features a cap and barrel crafted from exotic Macassar ebony, resin-stabilized as necessary to enhance durability while preserving the rich natural grain and character of the wood. The cap is accented by a William Henry medallion precision-rendered in 14K rose gold. The pocket clip is crafted from hand-forged damascus, displaying the distinctive layered pattern created from multiple alloys of steel and incorporating a natural gemstone precision-cut and captured in an 18K gold bezel. The damascus is clear-coated with epoxy to protect the finish. The inner frame is crafted from aircraft-grade titanium and aluminum, anodized as necessary for wear resistance, while the visible exterior metalwork is polished titanium and complemented by mokume accents, hand-forged from layered copper, brass, and nickel silver.
