Cairo

The Persian 'Cairo' features a beautiful frame in 24K gold & sterling silver koftgari (the ancient Indian art of inlaying gold and/or silver in tool steel), inlaid with a piece of 10,000 year-old fossil walrus ivory. The blade is hand-forged 'Byzantine'' damascus steel by Larry Donnelly. The one-hand button lock and the thumb stud are set with sapphires. The Persian is an elegant synthesis of dramatic lines, graceful curves, and exquisite materials.
